The product will be delivered to you in 5 – 8 working days.
Returns are acceptable with the replacement of the products within 7 days of receipt of the product as per following terms and conditions:
- In case of damaged, defective and different product dispatched or received the same: Immediately call our Customer Care team at +91-9205879887 or shoppefactory@gmail.com, we will replace your product
- To complete your return, Go to Exchange & Returns Page
Return Pick Up – Once a request for return e-mail is received, we will generate a reverse pickup request, and a courier service representative will visit you for the pickup within 3-5 days. Note: Return pickup ₹ 80/- has to pay in advance through QR Code.
Conditions for Self Return: There must be label pasted on an outer package and all Bills, Tags should be in package as it was received by the customer. Without Label Pick-Up will not able to happen.
No Refund/Only Exchange
Shoppe Factory does not provide a refund on any Products sold.
CANCELLATION: Once order placed, it cannot be cancelled after Shipping.
